Gosset Celebris Rose Brut 2008

In the past quarter of a century there have been just four vintages of Gosset Celebris Rosé, 1998, 2003, 2007 and now this 2008. This Champagne, of which only 15,000 bottles were produced, was disgorged in April 2021 and is comprised of 72 Chardonnay and 28% Pinot Noir. Notes of strawberry jam, mint, ripe black cherry, black pepper and tangy blood orange are accompanied by a saline finish.
