Cypres de Climens 2016 Sauternes Barsac

This wine from Chateau Climens is fantastic value for money. With apricot, honey and a lifted citrus note on the nose, the palate is rich but balanced with plenty of freshness on the finish which makes it a great paring with blue cheese or a tart tatin.
