Massimo and Louis Borelli are brothers who sure know how to draw a crowd. They opened their non-alcoholic online shop in 2020 and resorted to TikTok to share their zero proof cocktail recipes to spark interest. Coming from a Canadian-Italian family wine-making business, the family felt a tad apprehensive about their new business venture. The brothers were undeterred, and their efforts paid dividends, as they launched their own sparkling wine called—No & Low Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Chardonnay. It tastes like wine and is made from 100% Spanish grapes. The Chardonnay nods to the Borelli family tradition, as it was made in the same way as the real deal minus the last step, dealcoholization. This took place in a cutting-edge facility that eliminates the alcohol while retaining the flavors and aromas of any decent Chardonnay wine. The final result is 0,5% wine that oozes celebration with notes of pear and apricots, followed by a zesty finish. It is perfect for clinking glasses and wishing all the best to the good people around us.
