Spiritless was co-founded by Lauren Chitwood, Abbey Ferguson, and Lexie Lancaster Larsen, a trio of entrepreneurs with plenty of combined experience in the industry. They took a different approach to non-alcoholic American spirits, as their products are distilled using an innovative process. A full-proof neutral grain spirit is distilled into a high-quality traditional spirit, then distilled a second time using a proprietary reverse distillation process, removing all of the alcohol. Then, a small amount of essence is added back, resulting in an all-natural drink with an authentic alcohol-like feel.
