About Caribou Crossing Single Barrel Canadian Whisky
Caribou Crossing Single Barrel Canadian Whisky is the world’s first Single Barrel Canadian Whisky. It was crafted from the finest drops of their master collection of 200,000 barrels of Whisky that were hand-selected by Mayville himself. The whisky has a slightly fruity aroma, with notes of orange, vanilla, caramel and honey. Notes of vanilla, toasted marshmallow, crème brulee, peaches and soft rye spices dominate the palate, and are complemented by a soft undertone of oak. The finish is well-balanced and delicious, with gentle spices lingering throughout.
Caribou Crossing earned a score of 93 points from Whisky Advocate, and the Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2014.
