This Champagne founded in 1996, but it has a history of wine-growing starting in 1889. The Selection Cuvee is a Blanc de Noirs that has been matured in oak barrels, so it has fantastic structure and depth of flavour; dark hedgerow fruits with toasted chestnuts and a lick of freshly baked bread.
