Made in tiny quantities from a plot of land called ‘Le Mont Benoit’ in the Vallee de la Marne, 80% of this wine comes from the 2014 vintage and it has a dosage of just 4g. Savoury Indian spices on the nose lead through to almonds and autumn leaves. The palate is beautifully round and full of baked apple and oyster shells.
