From FEW bourbon craft distillery in Illinois, this special-edition bourbon has been matured in a single barrel before being bottled at 101 proof. Sweet aromas of brown sugar, hot chocolate, honeycomb and oaky spice fill the nose. The palate offers notes of baking spices, white pepper, caramel, orange peel and chocolate that linger in the finish. A three grain bourbon from Chicago’s FEW distillery, combining the legally required corn majority with spicy rye and a bit of malt to get things going.
