This 8 hectares of land in the Montagne de Reims is worked by Raphael and Vincent Bêrêche using, as they say, ‘carefully considered’ viticulture – working in harmony with the land whenever possible. This pale rosé has notes of wild strawberry, rhubarb and lovely pink grapefruit with pomegranate on the palate.
