The folk at Wild Beer are all about flavour and are geeky to the extreme when it comes to fermentation and barrel ageing. They use unorthodox yeasts, seasonally-foraged ingredients and work with a 600 strong barrel library. This is a lively, malty beer with notes of apricot and citrus.
