A blend of Shiraz and Viognier grapes, the 2018 Willunga 100 has been co-fermented to created a smoother integration. Aromas of violets, pepper, cinnamon, apples, dark chocolate and forest fruits fill the nose and are echoed on the palate. Try pairing this wine with red meats such as lamb or venison.
