This Champagne comes from a small parcel of old vines that is farmed organically and is full of baked apples, roasted coffee beans, yellow plums and toasty aromas. The palate is full of hazelnut, lemon zest, pink grapefruit and a savoury salty note. A Champagne that will reward those that give it time to open up.
