Collet Collection Privee 2008 Brut Champagne

Established in Aÿ, in the heart of the Champagne region, Maison Collet uses primarily Premier and Grand Crus in its wines in order to reflect the diversity of the Champagne terroirs. Made predominantly with Pinot Noir, the base wines are aged in oak to give a full bodied intense not to the wines which after 8 years of aging lends the wines a savoury, toasty note that is balanced with the baked apple fruits.
