Produced in the lush, volcanic soil of the Tequila Valley, the majestic blue agave infuses the landscape from which Próspero Tequila is created. This spirit is designed by Stella Anguiano, one of Mexico’s premier female Master Distillers. Próspero is a bespoke spirit delivering unparalleled smooth, elegant, and perfectly balanced flavors. Meticulous care is taken throughout the production process to ensure that each bottle is held to the highest standard. Próspero Tequila is a collaboration with Pop singer Rita Ora who serves as the brand’s Chief Creative Partner.

Every step of production is done by hand; from the elegant bottle to the perfectly balanced liquid, to the artistically illustrated label. Próspero is driven by a commitment to maintaining the same process and quality that comes from family tradition – doing things slowly, with patience and passion.

Próspero Tequila now has 3 expressions in their lineup: the unaged Blanco, the rested Reposado, and the aged Añejo. The latter is aged the longest, having spent at leasst 12 months in oak casks. This delicious 80-proof expression was featured on Wine Enthusiast’s “Top 100 Spirits 2019” List.

About Tequila

This traditional Mexican drink origins in the state of Jalisco when according to a local legend, lightning struck an agave cactus before the Nahua tribe drank its warm nectar. Behold, tequila.

Legally, tequila has to be made of 51% of Blue agave around the Jalisco region in Mexico. There are different types of tequila according to age – from the youngest representatives, blanco, reposado, and añejo, to the oldest extra añejo.
