Rare Rose 2008 Champagne

A subtle, mineral 2008-vintage Rare Champagne, made with 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir grapes. Aromas of spring flowers, tangerine, lychee, elderberry, sweet almond and dark berries fill the nose. The palate offers notes of dark fruits, citrus, star anise, violets, smoke and vanilla, alongside a subtle minerality. Try pairing this Champagne with grilled lobster or Mozzarella Di Buffala.
